South African Curry Mini Turkey Loaves
This delicious turkey meatloaf recipe will fill your kitchen with the wonderful aroma of apples, onions, raisins and curry baking in the oven.

Instructions:In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well, using hands if necessary. Form into 6 (4x2-inch) loaves. Cover; refrigerate until ready to bake***.Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. Spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place meatloaves 2 inches apart on foil. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Serve with chutney. Tips & Substitutions:* If desired substitute ¼ cup AllWhites®** Extra lean ground turkey is not recommended.
