Better'n Eggs® Salad Sandwiches
Making an egg salad sandwich doesn't get any easier than using Better'n Eggs®. No need to make time to boil, peel and chop eggs in this recipe!

Instructions:1. Melt butter in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add Better'n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist.2. In medium bowl combine cooked Better'n Eggs, celery, red pepper, mayonnaise and relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve egg salad inbetween sandwich bread. Tip: Lettuce and sliced tomato are perfect additions to a Better'n Eggs salad sandwich. 0060e
