2. In medium bowl combine cooked Better'n Eggs, celery, red pepper, mayonnaise and relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve egg salad inbetween sandwich bread. Tip: Lettuce and sliced tomato are perfect additions to a Better'n Eggs salad sandwich.
