Tex-Mex Bake
Corn bread creates a crispy, golden crust for this easy-prep taco casserole.

Instructions:1. Heat oven to 425° F. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until browned; drain grease. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes and corn niblets. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through. Spoon meat mixture into 12x7 inch (2 quart) glass baking dish.2. Meanwhile in small bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Dollop generous tablespoons full of corn bread mixture randomly over beef mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until corn bread is light golden brown. 0014e
