Raspberry Green Tea Energy Protein Smoothie
Fresh, fruity flavors get a boost from a splash of antioxidant-rich green tea. With 17 grams of protein, it's a perfect way to jump start your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Ocean Spray® 100% Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/3 cup ready-to-drink green tea
  • 1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 container (6 ounces) fat free vanilla yogurt

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.

Tip: For a thicker smoothie add ½ cup ice.

I was just wondering what does ready drink tea mean?

AllWhites Recipe Help: You could use Arizona green tea or you could substitute some brewed green tea, sweetened to your liking.
