  • 1 cup
    peaches, peeled, sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp.
  • 1/3 cup
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/2 cup
    skim milk
  • 1/2 cup
    low-fat or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt


  • In small bowl sprinkle fruit with sugar. Let stand 10 minutes to sweeten. Combine sweetened fruit, AllWhites, milk and frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

  • Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.
