Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 6 oz.
    100% pomegranate juice*
  • 1 container (6 oz.)
    nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup
    frozen mixed berries**

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

  • * Pomegranate juice is typically sold in the ready-to-drink beverage section of your grocery store or the produce section.

     

    ** Any combination of berries will work for this smoothie.
