1 lb.ground Italian sausage

1/2 lb.French bread, cut into 1-in cubes (about 5 cups)

2 cupfirmly packed fresh spinach, coarsely chopped

1 cupgrape tomatoes, cut in half crosswise

1 Tbsp.chopped fresh basil

2 cups (16 oz.)Better'n Eggs®

2 cupsmilk

1/2 tsp.salt

1/2 cupCrystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 cupCrystal Farms® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions

Cook Italian sausage in 10-inch skillet until browned. Drain grease if needed.

Spray 3-quart oval or rectangular baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cooked sausage, bread cubes, spinach, tomatoes and basil in baking dish.

In medium bowl combine Better'n Eggs, milk and salt; mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Top with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.

Heat oven to 350°F. Uncover, bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until center is set. If necessary cover with foil if top of casserole starts to brown before baking is complete.
