Just a few fresh ingredients like basil and tomatoes can really take your scrambled eggs beyond the ordinary.


  • 1 3/4 cups (14 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs® Plus
  • 1
    large tomato, seeded, chopped (1 cup)*
  • 1 Tbsp.
    finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp.
    garlic salt with parsley**


  • Spray 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add Better'n Eggs® Plus. Cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until Add Better'n Eggs® Plus are set but still moist.

  • Top with tomatoes, basil and garlic salt. Stir gently to mix.

  • Cook until heated through.

  • * For best results seed tomatoes to minimize moisture in the scrambled eggs. 

    ** Substitute ½ teaspoon salt.
