Delicate herbs and Mozzarella cheese add bright flavor to this quick and healthy 10-minute breakfast recipe.


  • 1 Tbsp.
    butter or margarine
  • 2 cups (16 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 cup (1 large)
    chopped tomato*
  • 1/2 cup
    Crystal Farms® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp.
    finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp.
    garlic. salt with parsley**


  • Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add Better'n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist.

  • Top with tomatoes, cheese, basil and garlic salt. Stir gently to mix.

  • Cook until heated through.

  • * For best results seed tomatoes to minimize moisture in the scrambled eggs. 
    ** Substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt if garlic salt with parsley is not available.
