A one-two protein punch of Greek yogurt and egg whites, gently sweetened with banana and OJ. With a hint of vanilla and a light, frothy texture, this irresistible post workout snack is about as good as good-for-you can get.
2large frozen bananas broken into chunks
3/4 cupfrozen 100% orange juice concentrate
1 cupplain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup
- 1 tsppure vanilla extract
Add all of the ingredients to the carafe of a blender.
Blend using the "smoothie" setting or on high until smooth and somewhat frothy.
