whole wheat tortillas (8 inch), warmed- 1/2 cup
shredded lettuce, optionalInstructions

In small bowl combine all salsa ingredients; set aside.

Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add Better’n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist.

To serve; place warm tortilla on plate; top each with ¼ cup lettuce. Place ½ of the eggs onto lettuce. Top with ½ of salsa. Repeat with remaining tortilla. Serve immediately.
