  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1/2-1 tsp.
    cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup
    seasoned panko crumbs
  • 1/4 cup
    Crystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp.
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.)
    chicken tenders


  • Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  • In shallow bowl combine Better'n Eggs and pepper sauce; mix well. In second shallow bowl combine panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well.

  • Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture then in bread mixture. Place on prepared baking pan.

  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once during baking.
