1 pkg. (20 oz.)lean ground turkey

1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs

1/2 cupfinely chopped onion

1/4 cup (2 oz.)Better'n Eggs®

2 Tbsp.finely chopped fresh parsley

2 Tbsp.pine nuts, chopped, optional

1/2 tsp.salt
Cranberry Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup
jellied cranberry sauce- 1 cup
barbeque sauce- 1/3 cup
apple juice- 1/4 tsp.
ground gingerInstructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil. In large bowl mix together meatball ingredients. Form into 1-inch balls; place on prepared pan.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink in center.

Meanwhile, in 3 1/2 quart slow cooker or large saucepan whisk or stir together sauce ingredients. Cook on LOW until sauce is heated. Stir in meatballs. Serve with toothpicks.

Tip: Meatballs will hold in slow cooker for up to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
