  • 1/3 cup
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1
    banana (small), cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup
    skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp.
    dried carob powder*
  • 2 Tbsp.
    reduced fat peanut butter


  • Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately**.
