Making an egg salad sandwich doesn't get any easier than using Better'n Eggs®. No need to make time to boil, peel and chop eggs in this recipe!


  • 1 Tbsp.
    butter or margarine
  • 2 cup (16 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1/4 cup
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup
    finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2 Tbsp.
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 12 slices
    white or whole wheat bread


  • Melt butter in 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add Better'n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist.

  • In medium bowl combine cooked Better'n Eggs, celery, red pepper, mayonnaise and relish. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover; chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve egg salad inbetween sandwich bread.

  • Tip: Lettuce and sliced tomato are  perfect additions to a Better'n Eggs salad sandwich.
