  • 1-1/4 lb.
    extra-lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup
    AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp.
    sesame oil
  • 2 tsp.
    grated fresh gingerroot
  • 2 cloves
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 3
    green onions, finely chopped
  • Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups
    mixed baby salad greens
  • 1/2 cup
    torn fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup
    torn fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup
    seasoned rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Heat grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Gently mix all meatball ingredients together in a medium bowl. Form into 1-1/2 inch meatballs; thread onto skewers. Grill about 8 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

  • Meanwhile, place greens and herbs on plates. Mix vinegar, soy and oil. Top greens with meatballs; drizzle with dressing.

  • Shortcut supper by substituting a purchased fresh spring salad mix that's already tossed with fresh herbs.
