Strawberry Kiwi Pear Protein Smoothie
This protein smoothie recipe is naturally sweet and delightfully fruity with 18 grams of protein. Kiwi has more potassium than a banana and twice the vitamin C of an orange.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 (16 ounces)
Instructions:Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.
