  • 1/2 cup
    AllWhites® Egg Whites
  • 1-1/2 cup
    frozen tropical fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple blend)
  • 1/2
    small ripe banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup
    canned light coconut milk or coconut almond or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup
    low-fat mango or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
