1/4 cupsour cream

2 Tbsp.milk

1 tsp.Dijon mustard

dashcayenne pepper sauce, optional

Eggs Ingredients:

1 Tbsp.butter or margarine

2 cup (16 oz.)Better'n Eggs®

1 cupimitation crab meat, chopped

2 Tbsp.chive and onion soft cream cheese
Instructions

In small bowl combine sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard and pepper sauce; mix well.

In 10-inch nonstick skillet melt butter. Add Better'n Eggs; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist. Top with crab meat and cream cheese. Mix gently. Cook until cheese is melted.

To serve, spoon sauce over each serving of eggs.
