Seafood Scrambled Eggs
Chive and onion cream cheese add delicious, subtle flavor to this crab and scrambled egg breakfast. Easy 15-minute prep!
Preparation: 15 minutes
Instructions:1. In small bowl combine sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard and pepper sauce; mix well.
2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet melt butter. Add Better'n Eggs; cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist. Top with crab meat and cream cheese. Mix gently. Cook until cheese is melted.
3. To serve, spoon sauce over each serving of eggs.
