Pre-packaged pizza crust gets this ham and eggs specialty off to a quick start.


  • 1 Tbsp.
    olive oil
  • 1/2 cup
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup
    chopped green bell pepper
  • 6 oz.
    ham, chopped
  • 2 cup (16 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.)
    Italian pizza crust
  • 1 cup
    Crystal Farms® Shredded Pizza Blend Cheese


  • Heat oven to 450°F. Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are lightly golden. Add green pepper and ham. Continue cooking until peppers are crisp tender.

  • Reduce heat to medium low. Add Better'n Eggs, cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist. Spoon Better'n Eggs mixture evenly over pizza crust. Top with cheese.

  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
