A creamy, mildly sweet, and dairy-free smoothie. Cool down and indulge with banana, almond and vanilla in perfect harmony.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 1 (1-3/4 cups)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Natalie’s Award Winning Florida Orange Juice
  • 1/2 cup AllWhites® Egg Whites
  • 2 tablespoons Smooth Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Almond or Vanilla Soy Milk
  • 1 Small Frozen Banana, broken into pieces
  • 1/8 teaspoon Almond Extract, if desired

Substitutions:

Orange Maple Banana Crush: substitute cashew butter for almond butter, use vanilla rice or soy milk, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup for the almond extract.

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
