Energize yourself with a deep, juicy flavor of lemon and berries while ginger brings a zesty twist of flavor as well as numerous digestive and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Preparation:

Serving Size: 2 (about 1-1/3 cups each)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Natalie’s all natural strawberry lemonade
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup AllWhites® egg whites
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
