Both kale and spinach are known for being extremely high in vitamin A, C and K, on top of vitamins and minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Avocado is not only addictively creamy, but rich in good-for-you fats that help lower cholesterol.

Preparation: 10 minutes  
Serving Size: 2 (about 1-1/2 cups each)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped kale or baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cucumber chunks
  • 1 medium kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Natalie’s award winning Florida orange juice
  • 1/2 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/4 cup packed fresh mint or basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Substitutions:

For a thicker smoothie, add ½ ripe avocado, peeled and chopped.

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
