These protein-packed, power pancakes will really make your morning. They have fantastic flavor from hearty grains, nutty, toasty flax, a touch of vanilla and cinnamon. The added punch of protein come from egg whites and cottage cheese blended until smooth. 19 grams of protein and just 285 calories.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup AllWhites® egg whites
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
- 3/4 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3 tablespoons ground golden flax seeds or flax meal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Substitutions:
Serve with Greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, and pure maple syrup, or spread with almond butter and drizzle with cinnamon honey.
Instructions:
- Place AllWhites egg whites, cottage cheese and agave syrup in blender; process until smooth. Pour into large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.
- Heat a griddle or large skillet to medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Drop batter in large spoonfuls onto griddle; cook until bubbles form and edges are dry. Turn; cook until browned.
