Boost your spirits and your immune system! Grapefruit juice, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries deliver 200% of your daily vitamin C.

Serving Size: 1 (14 ounces)

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)

Substitutions:

* For a thicker smoothie, add ½ cup ice.

** This recipe can easily be doubled.

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender*. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve immediately**.
