2. In large bowl beat together sugar, mashed bananas and vanilla with electric mixer. Alternatively add Better'n Eggs mixture and flour mixture, beating on low speed and scraping bowl often, just until all ingredients are incorporated. 3. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
