Boost your immune system with fresh mangoes, kiwi, strawberries and orange juice. Low in fat, high in vitamin C and potassium, this fresh fruit smoothie contains 5 grams of protein.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mango (about 1/2 of whole mango)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 kiwi (about 1/4 cup), peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions:
    Combine AllWhites®, mango, strawberries, kiwi and orange juice in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
