Add a little zip to your day. Sweet chai tea and heart-healthy soy are ideal for an afternoon pick-me-up smoothie recipe. 7 grams of protein per serving!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) soy milk, warmed*
  • 2 tablespoons dry instant Chai latte mix**
  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1 container (6 ounces) soy vanilla or peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

Substitutions:

* Soy milk and soy yogurt can be found in the refrigerated Health or Natural section of your grocery store.

** Instant Chai latte mix can be found in the instant coffee section of your grocery store.

Instructions:
    Stir together warm soy milk and latte mix in glass until mix is dissolved. Combine Chai milk, AllWhites® and yogurt in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
