Enjoy a tart, tangy energy boosting protein smoothie. High in potassium, with 9g protein. Pomegranates and berries are loaded with powerful antioxidants.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Time-To-Table: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 6 ounces 100% pomegranate juice*
  • 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries**

Substitutions:

* Pomegranate juice is typically sold in the ready-to-drink beverage section of your grocery store or the produce section.

** Any combination of berries will work for this smoothie.

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
