AllWhites® Recipe,

Opt for this protein rich smoothie for your afternoon coffee break.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/2 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup lowfat frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup ice
AllWhites


Instructions:
    Combine AllWhites, coffee, yogurt and chocolate syrup in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Add ice; blend. Serve immediately.

    Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.
