AllWhites® Recipe,

French toast is easy with AllWhites®! Use day-old bread for the best results or try cinnamon swirl bread as a variation.

Time-To-Table: 10 minutes  
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 (1 inch thick) slices French bread
AllWhites


Instructions:
    1. Combine all ingredients except butter and bread in medium bowl. Beat mixture with fork until frothy.

    2. Heat butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until sizzling. Dip bread slices in AllWhites mixture and place in skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown on both sides.

    3. Serve immediately with warm maple syrup.
