AllWhites® Recipe,

This ultimate energy-booster protein smoothie recipe is jam-packed with goodness. Bananas are high in potassium and magnesium. Carob is a delicious, healthier alternative to chocolate.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 1 (8 ounces)

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
  • 1 banana (small) cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried carob powder*
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat peanut butter

Substitutions:

* Carob powder can be found in the Natural or Health section of your grocery store. Carob does not contain chocolate, cocoa or caffeine. It's a fat free alternative for chocolate.

** This recipe can easily be doubled.

Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately**.
