Luscious mangoes add the flavor of island paradise to this perfect pick-me-up. Sweet, ripe mangoes are fiber-rich and high in antioxidants.

Preparation: 5 minutes  
Serving Size: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup AllWhites®
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup peeled, chopped mango*
  • 1 container (6 ounces) low fat coconut cream pie yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
AllWhites


Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Tips:

    *Fresh mango slices can be purchased in a jar in the produce section of your grocery store.

    This recipe can easily be doubled.
