This spinach-filled egg bake is an easy dish you can bring to a potluck or serve at your next brunch buffet.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Better'n Eggs®*
- 2 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach,thawed,well drained.
- 1 container (12 ounces) small curd cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Crystal Farms® Parmesan Cheese

Substitutions:
* AllWhites can be used as a substitute for Better’n Eggs.
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350° F. In large bowl combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spread into greased 11x17-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
2. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
