Better'n Eggs® Recipe,

Quick prep, and clean up is a snap, too! Meatloaf bakes up moist and delicious when you mix in Better’n Eggs®.

Preparation: 15 minutes  
Time-To-Table: 1 hour  
Serving Size: 8

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and veal*)
  • 1 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper sauce (optional)

Substitutions:

*Tip: Substitute 1 1/2 pounds ground beef

Instructions:
    1. Heat oven to 350° F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with aluminum foil. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well using hands if necessary.

    2. Form meatloaf into a 10x5-inch loaf on prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until center of meatloaf is no longer pink.
