2. Combine all cheesecake ingredients in large bowl. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture into crust. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or just until cheesecake is set. Cool slightly (about 30 minutes). 3. In 1-quart saucepan heat jam until melted. Stir in strawberries. Spread strawberries in thin layer over cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
