This protein smoothie recipe is naturally sweet and delightfully fruity with 18 grams of protein. Kiwi has more potassium than a banana and twice the vitamin C of an orange.

Preparation:
5 minutes
Serving Size: 1 (16 ounces)
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup AllWhites® egg whites
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 kiwi peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1 pear (medium sized) peeled, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 container (6 ounces) nonfat strawberry yogurt

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
Tip: This recipe can easily be doubled.
