Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb.
    meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and veal*)
  • 1 cup
    plain bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup
    finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup
    finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp.
    dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp.
    salt
  • 1/2 cup
    ketchup
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.)
    Better'n Eggs®
  • 1 tsp.
    cayenne pepper sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350° F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with aluminum foil. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well using hands if necessary.

  • Form meatloaf into a 10x5-inch loaf on prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until center of meatloaf is no longer pink.

  • *Tip: Substitute 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
