Ingredients

1 1/2 lb.meatloaf mix (ground beef, pork and veal*)

1 cupplain bread crumbs

1/2 cupfinely chopped onion

1/2 cupfinely chopped celery

2 tsp.dried Italian seasoning

1 tsp.salt

1/2 cupketchup
-
1/2 cup (4 oz.)Better'n Eggs®

1 tsp.cayenne pepper sauce (optional)
Instructions

Heat oven to 350° F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with aluminum foil. In large bowl combine all ingredients; mix well using hands if necessary.

Form meatloaf into a 10x5-inch loaf on prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until center of meatloaf is no longer pink.

*Tip: Substitute 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
