3 cupSimply Potatoes® Shredded Hash Browns

1 cupCrystal Farms® Shredded Swiss Cheese

1 Tbsp.all-purpose flour

4 stripsbacon, cooked, crumbled

2 cups (16 oz.)AllWhites® egg whites

3/4 cuphalf and half

1/8 tsp.ground pepper
Instructions

Heat oven to 375° F. Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch glass pie plate. Firmly press hash browns on bottom and sides of pan. Bake for 5 minutes.

In medium bowl combine cheese and flour; stir well. Add bacon, AllWhites, half and half and pepper. Pour into pre-baked crust.

Continue baking 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean and crust is golden brown.
