Aromatic spices and fresh herbs mixed with ground turkey or chicken make these kabobs so flavorful! Cooked on the grill or under the broiler they're delicious served on warm pita bread with creamy yogurt sauce.

1 lb.lean ground chicken or turkey

1/4 cupAllWhites® egg whites

1/4 cupfinely chopped red onion

1/4 cupfinely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp.salt

3/4 tsp.pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp.cayenne pepper or to taste
Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high heat or broiler to high. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Using wet hands, shape mixture into 2-inch balls, then roll them into a sausage shape; press around flat bamboo skewers.

Cook kabobs on grill or under broiler for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center (internal temperature should be 165°F).
