  • 2 cup
    frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup
    low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp.
    grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1 Tbsp.
    honey or agave Syrup

Instructions
