1/2 cup (4 oz.)Better'n Eggs®

1/2-1 tsp.cayenne pepper sauce

1/2 cupseasoned panko crumbs

1/4 cupCrystal Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1/2 tsp.salt

1 pkg. (14 oz.)chicken tenders
Instructions

Heat oven to 375° F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In shallow bowl combine Better'n Eggs and pepper sauce; mix well. In second shallow bowl combine panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt; mix well.

Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture then in bread mixture. Place on prepared baking pan.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, turning once during baking.
