Bread Ingredients
- 1 cup
old-fashioned oats- 1 cup
nonfat vanilla yogurt- 1/2 cup
AllWhites® egg whites*- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp.
honey- 3 Tbsp.
canola oil- 2/3 cup
nonfat milk- 1 1/3 cups
whole-wheat flour**- 1 cup
all-purpose flour- 2 1/4 tsp.
baking powder- 1 tsp.
cinnamon- 1/2 tsp.
salt- 1/4 tsp.
baking sodaInstructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease bottom of a 9x5-inch loaf pan.***

Mix all topping ingredients together in small bowl with fork until crumbly.

Mix 1 cup oats, yogurt, AllWhites egg whites, 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons honey, 3 tablespoons oil, and milk in a large bowl.

Mix flours, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, salt, and soda in medium bowl. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until evenly moistened. Spoon batter into loaf pan.

Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over top of batter.

Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove bread from pan and cool on wire rack.
