Ingredients

  • 1 cup
    chopped kale or baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup
    cucumber chunks
  • 1
    medium kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup
    AllWhites® Egg Whites
  • 1/4 cup
    packed fresh mint or basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup
    ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender container.

  • Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.

  • Serve immediately.
