1 Tbsp. butter or margarine

2 cups (16 oz.) Better'n Eggs®

1 cup (1 large) chopped tomato*

1/2 cup Crystal Farms® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil

1/2 tsp. garlic. salt with parsley**
Instructions

Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add Better'n Eggs. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Better'n Eggs are set but still moist.

Top with tomatoes, cheese, basil and garlic salt. Stir gently to mix.

Cook until heated through.

* For best results seed tomatoes to minimize moisture in the scrambled eggs.
** Substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt if garlic salt with parsley is not available.
